DRYING TIMES
At 20°C Ronseal Multi-Purpose Wood Filler dries in approximately 2 hours. Low temperatures, high humidity and poor ventilation will increase drying times.
APPLICATION
This woodfiller can be applied straight from the pack. Lightly sand the surface n the direction of the grain. Apply directly to the damaged area using a suitable knife. Work the filler well in. When filling deeper holes, the Multi-Purpose Wood Filler should be filled in layers of approximately 5mm and allowed to dry between layers. Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C. Always leave the filler proud of the surface to allow for sanding. Smooth over with a wet knife, prior to drying, to ensure an even finish. Sand smooth and wipe with a damp cloth.
CLEAN UP AND MAINTENANCE
Remove as much varnish from brush as possible before cleaning with water and detergent. Do not empty into drains or watercourses. Some local authorities have special facilities for disposing of waste coatings.
