High Performance Wood Filler
Ronseal High Performance Woodfiller is a chemically bonded filler and catalyst that provides extremely tough repairs to virtually any wood damage without shrinking or cracking. Fills to any depth and can be drilled, screwed or planed. For interior and exterior use.

Ideal for use in interior or exterior wood repairs more than 5 mm deep. Typical areas include window frames, sills, doors and door frames. For minor and surface wood repairs use Ronseal Multi Purpose Wood Filler.

APPLICATION
Ensure the area is clean, dry and free from loose wood, paint or varnish. If wood is softened remove as much as possible and treat with Ronseal Wet Rot Wood Hardener which strengthens and reinforces rotten fibres to provide a solid base for the filler. Mix the filler and catalyst as instructed on the pack, the plastic lid is a good base for mixing. Mix until filler and catalyst are thoroughly combined and uniform in colour. Apply the filler working well into the repair. Working time is approximately 10 minutes. Leave the filler slightly proud for sanding. After 20 minutes the filler can be carved or shaped with a modelling knife. After 30 minutes the filler can be sanded planed or filed. Finish with a stain, varnish or paint. N.B. Not suitable for gaps between floorboards. Due to the nature and different absorbancy levels of wood the filler may stain/varnish differently to the surrounding wood. Working time is reduced in hot temperatures and with high amounts of catalyst and extended in cold temperatures.
CLEAN UP AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe tools clean before filler is dry or use cellulose thinners.
